Senior Account Manager.

As an Account Manager, you take care of our clients.
You help them, support them and also challenge them to achieve the best possible result.
- You build a special relationship with your customers and you are the central point of contact between them and the Touch teams
- You translate the client’s needs into a clear briefing for the production teams
- You supervise the realization of key projects and give your opinion to improve the quality of our products
- In perpetual search for improvement, you advise your clients in the choice of new tools and new ways of doing things.

- You are autonomous, dynamic and extremely invested in your mission
- You are fluent in French & Dutch (bilingualism is a real asset) and have a professional level of English
- You have 5 or more years of experience in an agency or within a digital marketing team
